We offer three types of MTPE:
- Light post-editing involves editing the translation to remove any glaring errors and inconsistencies, while remaining faithful to the vocabulary, structure, and phrasing of the MT text.
- Full post-editing is a more detailed edit that incorporates all the features of light post-editing, but with the addition of changes to ensure understanding among different cultures, as well as tailoring the vocabulary, phrasing, and structure to match your in-house style and any documents that have been produced previously.
- Post-editing plus is a post-editing service that also checks against the original, pre-translated document in your native tongue to ensure accuracy against the original. This service is conducted by fully bilingual editors who will re-translate parts of your text as and where required.
